CTN'S PRODUCTS FOR A BUSINESS SEMINAR
In order to allow you to set the scene for a company seminar or a conference, CTN offers you a multitude of references for the covering of floors, walls and ceilings.
The supply of carpets is one of CTN's main specialties. The company offers a total of nearly twenty types of carpet, each of which corresponds to a particular use.
Among them, the Rewind® recyclable needle-punched carpet is perfectly suited for company seminars. Although its lifespan is limited, it is indeed 100% recyclable. Offered in a width of 5m, it is available in more than 40 colours, from light grey to scarlet red, including meadow green, yellow and purple. Thicker and more comfortable — mounted on a latex underlay — Salsa carpet comes in around thirty colours. Available in a width of 10m, it is also recommended for the organisation of a company seminar. If the carpeting doesn't quite match your expectations for organising your company seminar or conference, you can also opt for vinyl flooring. Plain or imitation parquet, cement, waxed concrete, stone, pavement, mirror, turf, etc., this type of covering will allow you to create a more natural or truly original atmosphere.
Another strong point of CTN, fabrics and textiles. Among them, you will find a wide range of brushed cotton. This textile is used to make curtains, hangings or tablecloths. It is therefore an important decorative element for personalising a room, filtering light, covering tables, etc. CTN has created a very rich catalogue of brushed cotton. This range starts with a lightweight fabric (85 g/m2), which is available in white, ecru and black. It is particularly recommended for the creation of velum panels, that is to say to create a "false ceiling" in fabric. For other uses, brushed cotton exists in greater weights and widths. Thus, 165 g/m2 brushed cotton, available in 310 cm of width, is recommended to cover large areas. The colour chart for this product has around fifteen colours. The choice is even wider for 140 g/m2 brushed cotton, with a choice of more than forty colours.
Whatever its weight or width, CTN brushed cotton is Oeko-Tex certified, a label that guarantees the absence of substances harmful for health. CTN also supplies a particular type of textile product, called a backcloth. These are thick curtains that are used in theatres to hide the backstage and mask the light. A backcloth can also help to absorb sounds, which may be necessary during some seminars. CTN backcloths exist in two thicknesses (160 and 300 g/m2) and in two widths (300 and 600 cm) as well as in three lengths (300, 400 and 600 cm). You can also find in our extensive product catalogue other fabrics and textiles such as faux leather, Lycra, blackout fabric, acoustic fabric, etc.
THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY CTN
For nearly half a century, CTN has been a major supplier of event decoration equipment. However, the company does not just sell products, it also offers several services. It offers a printing service for vinyl flooring and carpets. This service is available for carpets with a grammage ranging from 400g/m² to 1,300g/m². In doing so, the company offers firms that use its services a very effective way to develop their brand image, their visual identity. In addition, this "plus" is not limited to the printing of a name or a logo. It is indeed possible to fully customise the carpet according to the instructions and the desire of the customer. On the textile side, CTN also goes further than just supplying fabrics. A customised tailoring service is available, via a workshop integrated into the company. Thanks to this unit, CTN is able to comply very scrupulously with customer requests, whether in terms of dimensions or finishes. A particularly valuable service when it comes to curtains and sheer fabric, especially in the upper and lower parts. Tailoring is also very useful when the customer wants to make covers, especially for tables. CTN also has the necessary equipment to carry out digital printing services on cotton.
The events sector produces a very large amount of waste. This is mainly due to the very short-term nature of many events. Exhibitions, seminars and other events are only organised for very short periods of time. And for each of these events, you have to dismantle what was built a few days earlier, sometimes even after a few hours at most. As an actor responsible for environmental protection, the company decided to do its bit, and developed CTN Recycling. But what exactly is it? A recovery service for certain materials provided by the company. This can be done on site, once the seminar is over. It can also be done at the customer's premises, or even directly at CTN, after delivery by the customer. For example, the carpet must be rolled, then placed in a cage provided by CTN. As for the brushed cotton, it must be carefully sorted and put in one — or more — Big Bags, also made available by CTN.- The materials collected are then recycled and recovered. The carpet is thus transformed into granules, which will be integrated into PP plastic objects. The cotton is, for its part, transformed into insulation panels. CTN provides each customer with a recovery certificate for the carpets and cotton recovered.
